This was the best groom that Biff has ever had. He is not easy to do, very anxious and wriggly. Had not been groomed for a while and was very matted. Thank you so much ♥️

We had the most amazing experience with Joy today ⭐

Lenny is a super wriggly 16 week old puppy and we know he would have tested anyone’s patience and skill. But Joy performed absolute magic! Not only was his cut exactly what we asked for, but what impressed us most was how comfortable and calm Lenny was throughout the whole experience. He went straight to Joy and seemed completely at ease with her. He didn’t come home overwhelmed, exhausted or anxious — he was just his happy little self.

His last grooming experience left him panting, anxious and unsettled for hours afterwards, so we were understandably a little nervous about how he would go this time. But this visit was completely different. It was pure calm from start to finish.

Joy clearly has such a wonderful way with puppies, and we couldn’t be happier with Lenny’s groom. We’ve definitely found our groomer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you so much Joy, we'll see you in a few weeks!🐶❤️

Great experience with Joypet grooming, our dog came out looking very handsome and fluffy just like we wanted :) Booking was easy, very friendly service and all on time - we will be back!
